How do I shop on the LadyBeellionaire online store?
Purchasing items on LadyBeellionaire is swift and hassle-free. You can complete a purchase without being a registered user.
We advise you however to create an account to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.
Search for Items
You can freely consult our catalogue by selecting the category you are interested in from the navigation menu; use the filters or the internal search of the site to make your search more precise.
Product Information
In each product’s page you can view all the information relating to the item (description, composition, measurements, fit) and, by clicking on the product image, enlarge it to view all the details.
How to Buy
To purchase a product at the LadyBeellionaire online store:
1. Select the color and size of the item from the available combinations from the product sheet
2. Add the product to cart
3. If you decide to continue shopping, you can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the icon at the top right of the screen
4. Click on the cart icon and decide when to proceed with the order
5. If you are a registered user you can log in or continue as a guest and enter the shipping address and billing address
6. Select a desired type of shipment and payment method
7. Enter payment details
8. Check that the details entered are correct and click on “Place Order”.
Depending on your preferred method you will either be redirected to a “Thank You” page or a payment portal where you can fill in the necessary payment information.
This indicates that the purchase process has been completed correctly.
Finally, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the order.
Can I send an item as a gift?
All our products are uniquely packaged and delivered in custom LadyBeellionaire boxes.
Kindly note that items shipped internationally might not come in LadyBeellionaire boxes to minimise shipping charges caused by the weight and size of these branded packaging.
If in any event, you intend to send an item purchased from the LadyBeellionaire online store as a gift then duly bring this to our attention by adding it as additional notes in the box below the billing details form. We offer the service of gift wrapping free of charge and the recipient of your gift will not receive the invoice.
However, if you will require special packaging we can contact you for your preferred packaging options and a quote if you leave us a note to that effect below the billing details form.
Personalized Message
We offer the option to include a personalized message when sending a gift order.
Please note that LadyBeellionaire reserves the right to withhold or refuse the acceptance of a product order accompanied by messages containing statements contrary to the law or contrary to our organization’s values e.g. discriminatory messages.
Receipt and Price
The receipt (in PDF format) of your order on LadyBeellionaire will be sent electronically to your email address (the same one that was used to fill out the billing details).
The price will be removed from the label of the products you ordered and the receipt will not be attached to your order at the time of shipment to the individual your gift was intended for.
Can I shop via a phone call?
Yes, you can.
If you prefer to place your order by phone or simply need support on purchasing online, call us at +234 703 307 4507 (Monday through Friday, from 10am to 5pm GMT +1, Saturday, from 10am to 4pm GMT +1).
After selecting the items, sizes and colors, we will ask you the delivery address as well as a security question.
We ensure the absolute safety of your personal details at all times during this process.
After our Customer Care assistant confirms the order has been placed, you will receive an email with the details of the purchase and a link to track the delivery.
They can assist you with your browsing experience and purchases on the website.
What is a coupon code and how can I make use of it?
The discount code is provided to take advantage of special promotions, we often send promotional codes to customers subscribed to our Newsletter during special events.
- Enter your Promotional Code in Shopping Bag or Checkout.
- Click “Apply.”
If your Promotional Code qualifies, your deduction will be displayed in the payment summary. To enter more than one promotional code, enter each code individually in the promotional code box and click “Apply.”
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel orders in the event that an unauthorized promotion code is used.
I have a Promotional Code; How can I use it?
If you have received a promotional code, all you have to do is insert it on the order completion page: the discount will be calculated and displayed automatically.
Please check that the discount has been applied before closing the purchase.
Remember to enter the promotional code when the order is finalized as it will not be possible to add it later.
If, after checking, your code does not work, kindly get in touch with us.
We also remind you that promotions and discounts in some cases are not cumulative or are not valid for some categories of products; check the conditions of the promotion on the communication received.
Can I get a refund after placing an order?
Once an order has been confirmed, LadyBeellionaire does not make refunds except the specific ordered item is unavailable.
A customer can however request for an exchange with a product of equivalent value in store within 8 hours of placing the order. After which, the item is considered final sale and an exchange cannot be made.
Refunds for unavailable products are processed within 3-6 working days.
Who do I contact when I have placed the wrong order?
Please contact our customer care representative on orders@ladybeellionaire.com within 8 hours to have your order corrected.
What forms of payment can I use?
In a bid to ensure a seamless shopping and checkout experience for our customers we have provided three (3) payments options;
- Direct Bank Transfer
- Paystack Payment Gateway
- Flutterwave Payment Gateway (PayPal)
With the two payment gateway systems, customers can pay with credit cards; MasterCard, Visa and Verve and they also offer a variety of other payment options for the convenience of our customers. The charge will be in the same currency as the prices you see on the LadyBeellionaire online store or its equivalent in your local currency using the current exchange rates.
*As a result of the recent integration of Flutterwave with PayPal, customers who make use of PayPal for online payments should use the RAVE (by Flutterwave) option.
Is my payment safe and secure?
Every transaction made on ladybeellionaire.com is made with maximum security thanks to the use of the secure servers of Let’s Encrypt, an offshoot of Internet Security Research Group and the implementation of the most advanced encryption services (SSL).
We only use protected connections, as demonstrated by the “https” URL prefix and the lock symbol that appears in the browser’s address bar. Encryption makes your data illegible to LadyBeellionaire and to any third parties, guaranteeing the total security of all transactions and of any card data you may wish to save in your account for future purchases.
To safeguard your credit card purchases, you will always be asked to enter your CVV code for every order. As an additional safety measure, you may be asked by your credit card provider to authorize payment by entering a one-time password, an SMS code, or another authentication method.
Our Payments department may carry out anti-fraud checks before approving the transaction and for greater protection, they may contact you for further details before confirming the order.
Why can't I complete my order?
Please check that you have correctly entered the data for your selected method of payment. If you are paying with a credit card and you are asked to insert a one-time password, an SMS code, or an alternative authentication method in order to authorize the payment, please ensure that you have followed all of the instructions provided by your credit card issuer.
If the problem persists, we suggest contacting your credit card issuer and in the meanwhile to use an alternative payment method.

Registered users can save their favorite products in the Wishlist and access all the information related to their previous orders.
Do I need to be registered to shop on the LadyBeellionaire online store?
You do not need to be registered to shop on LadyBeellionaire online store but you will not be able to view the orders or save your billing and/or shipping details for subsequent purchases.

I lost my password; How do I access my LadyBeellionaire account?
To recover your password just access the following link and enter the email address you are registered with.
You will receive a message that will allow you to save a new password related to your LadyBeellionaire Account.
Can I modify my account details?
To change your details, log in to your LadyBeellionaire Account by entering your email and password.
By clicking on “Edit” you can update the data you want.
If and when I want to; Can I delete my LadyBeellionaire account?
Yes, that can be done.
In as much as it hurts for us to see you go, we are obliged to respect your wish.
We would also like to remind once more that your LadyBeellionaire Account is free and allows you to make purchases easily, take advantage of promotions and exclusive discounts.
If you still want to deactivate your LadyBeellionaire Account please contact our Customer Service confirming your personal data and email address with which you registered. Once we receive this information, we will deactivate your LadyBeellionaire Account and send you an email to confirm this.
If you change your mind in the future, you will just have to contact the Customer Service by providing it with your information again and a new LadyBeellionaire account will be created for you.
Which fabrics are used to make the products on the LadyBeellionaire online store?
In each respective product page, there is a ‘Details and Care’ tab that provides a brief overview of the fabrics and styles relating to that specific item.
How do I wash and care for a product purchased from the LadyBeellionaire online store?
In a bid to ensure that items purchased from the LadyBeellionaire online store maintains its quality even while under your care, we have provided tips to that regard in every respective product page which can be seen in the ‘Details and Care’ tab.
Can I place an order for out-of-stock items?
In the event that a client comes across an item they wish to purchase but the said item is currently out of stock, an arrangement could be made to produce that specific item for the client as bespoke product.
Duly get in touch with us if there is an out of stock item you wish to shop and the customer service team will walk you through the process.
What are bespoke products?
Bespoke products are custom-made and can only be processed and produced after an order has been requested. Once an order has been placed, LadyBeellionaire will contact you to confirm your order details and payment. Your item will then be crafted exclusively for you.
Please note that once a Made to Order item has successfully been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified or returned for a refund. These items are final sale.
How can I order bespoke products?
To create a customized product, you would be required to provide us with a detailed explanation of what you would like. We will get back to you as soon as possible with an agreement in principle, an estimate and the duration it would take to fulfil that specific order. Our team of designers will design this unique product for you.
To order a customized product, kindly book an appointment here and provide as much details as possible with regards to the bespoke item you want us to make for you.
You may also visit one of our stores in Enugu or Lagos, Nigeria, where one of our sales consultants will attend to you and answer any questions you may have.
By which courier service will my order be shipped?
Our preferred courier service is DHL.
How much does shipping cost?
The costs of shipping items purchased from the LadyBeellionaire shop are dependent on the location and total weight of the items to be shipped. The actual shipping cost for every order is calculated automatically and is displayed on the cart and checkout pages.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
As indicated on the product pages, production takes 7-15 working days. Production of bespoke/made-to-order items may be longer depending of the specific details of the piece being made.
LOCAL SHIPPING
Delivery within major parts of Lagos takes 2-3working days.
Delivery to other states within Nigeria typically takes 3-5 working days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international locations delivery typically takes 3 – 5 working days from the moment it was shipped.
*We are committed to respecting the deadlines for deliveries, but the timing can vary slightly during the most demanding periods (including sales and public holidays). Furthermore, sporadic technical updates to our operating system, or force majeure events (such as particularly unfavorable weather conditions) could make certain delivery services temporarily unavailable or affect the time limit for placing an order as well as the scheduled delivery times.
Nonetheless, we want to reassure you that we will always continue to work to limit these changes as much as possible.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes, customers can pick up their order(s) in any of our stores in Lagos and Enugu, Nigeria.
Please be prepared to present the following when picking up your order:
1. Valid confirmation of your original mode of payment
2. Your valid, government-issued ID
3. Your order confirmation email
Can I send someone else to pick up my order in-store?
Yes, a third party can pick up your order(s) in any of our stores in Lagos and Enugu, Nigeria.
She/he should be prepared to present the following when picking up your order:
1. Valid confirmation of your original mode of payment
2. Your valid, government-issued ID
3. Your order confirmation email
4. A valid, government-issued ID of the individual collecting on your behalf.
Can I choose delivery date and time?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time for the delivery of the item(s) you purchased.
However, you can indicate if you would like your delivery to be delayed to a later date.
In case of a faulty item who should I contact for assistance?
We are sorry to hear that you have received a faulty item. You should kindly contact our Customer Services Team on complaints@ladybeellionaire.com with the following information.
Your proof of purchase/order number
A short description of the issue
Supporting images and/or video clip
Our Customer Services Team will then be in touch to advise the next steps.
All items that are returned as faulty are thoroughly inspected by our quality control experts to deem whether an item is faulty or whether it is wear and tear.
If in the rare event that your item is faulty due to a design error, we may be able to replace your item. Replacements are subject to availability.
Can I return an item for a refund?
You can return any item purchased on the LadyBeellionaire Online Store.
For customers within Nigeria, we have to be informed of the intended return 24 hours from the moment the order was delivered to you. After which, the item is considered final sale.
For international customers, we have to be informed of the intended return 72 hours from the moment the order was delivered to you. After which, the item is considered final sale.
Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
Can I return a faulty item?
Of course you can.
An item is deemed faulty if it has been received by you in an imperfect condition after delivery.
We do not consider wear and tear to be a fault.
To return a faulty item to us, you should contact our Customer Services Team on complaints@ladybeellionaire with the following information.
